Warehouse Supervisor @ West Area URGENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible to manage all day to day store operation such as receiving, issuance, and storing goods at proper location
-Plan and co-ordinate store functions and logistic requirements
-Manage and optimize storage space utilization effectively and efficiently
-Responsible for updating inventory management system and inventory controlling
-Perform periodic stock take and maintaining accurate inventory records
-Responsible for monthly stock take and product reconciliation for Finance reporting
-Provide administrative support such as to manage store related documents/files
-Provide supervision, guidance, motivation to storekeepers and to ensure smooth and effective operations
-Ensure that the safety procedures of handling materials in store and company policies adhered to and implemented at all times
-Participate and propose improvement to work procedure or process in store
-Maintain good housekeeping in the store area
-To perform any other duties as and when required by Immediate Superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 'O' level passes with 2 years experience in similar capacity
-Strong leadership with the ability to coach and motivate staff
-Meticulous, hardworking, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work independently
-Possess good working attitude and is a team player
-Possess good organizational and communication skills and task oriented
-Possess forklift license will be an advantage
-Proficient in MS office application
-Working location at Tuas
